Porto Santo Apartment

Dear Leslie,

I am delighted to say that the holiday apartment that we bought last year at the Treasure Residence, Porto Santo is now fully up and running.

We were most grateful to you and your local representative, Alcino Correia, for your help in finding the apartment. Alcino clearly has good local contacts and was able to show us different styles of apartments and to assist us with the purchase formalities. We were also impressed with the lawyer he recommended. Dr Carla Ilharco of Funchal whom, I believe, you have met.

We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to furnish the apartment from sources on the island. We had mistakenly thought that we would have to purchase most items in Funchal or mainland Portugal but this did not prove to be the case. We have now built up a list of useful local contacts – bank, furniture shop, electrical good shop, etc and would be happy to pass on our findings to any of your clients who may be purchasing a property on Porto Santo.

Visit to Cape Verde Islands

Dear Leslie

I am writing to you to record my appreciation of the considerable help and assistance you provided and also the excellent assistance that was provided by Jorge when I visited the Cape Verde Islands last week.

As we discussed each island is very different, but I have written and told Jorge that I would only be interested in making an investment on Sal or BoaVista.

Jorge has promised to let me have some further information over the next couple of weeks after which I hope to be in a position to progress the matter further.
